The popularity of the 1969 camaro came from the classic body lines, a long with a huge list of cool options, and an even longer list of engines, these things a long with the color choices, and exterior graphics, and interior options gave the 1969 camaro staying power like a car never had.
The 1969 camaro was truly a muscle car lovers dream, it looked great, and came with a lot of different options to make it a faster, and more powerful car which would obviously appeal to the basic muscle car freak, the 1969 camaro would go on to prove itself on the race track many times over.

The COPO 9560 “ZL1″ camaro was a very special car, and to say it was a super car was an understatement, the ZL1 camaro was capable of a 10.05 in the 1/4 mile with the right person behind the wheel, and this was off of the show room floor, of course with slicks added, and the headers uncorked, not a lot of mods to achieve a 10 second 1/4 mile huh.
